Wine Analysis:
Alcohol: 13.50 vol% Sugar: 2.0 g/l TA: 6.0 g/l PH: 3.43


This wine comprises of a component of red Merlot grapes that were harvested specifically for the production of Rose’. Once picked, these grapes were cooled down to 5°C and immediately pressed to extract a pink juice. This juice was then settled, and clear juice was separated and fermented in Stainless steel tanks for 20 days at 15°C. Two other components were produced through the process of extracting a percentage of juice (bleeding) from Shiraz and Merlot grapes, destined to become red wines.  The juice was also settled and fermented in the same manner as described above. After fermentation, the wines were tasted and a final blend created. After a light fining and filtration, the wines were bottled and labelled- ready for market


This wine has a beautiful aroma, incorporating strawberry mousse and juicy cranberry.  The palate is light and zesty with mouth-watering acidity and a hint of sweet red berry fruit.  It is a perfect to enjoy on warm summer days spent with family and friends.
